Yeast Face Mask for unbalanced and dull skin

Yeast is a unique ingredient because it contains nutrients that have an incredible effect on blood circulation, skin metabolism and hydration. It also contains antioxidants and amino acids that help with collagen production and skin elasticity, while reducing acne and occasional spots. For best results, apply this mask regularly – at least twice a week until you’ve had 10 – 12 treatments altogether.  The best yeast to use is Bioreal organic fresh yeast.

How to prepare:

if your skin is unbalanced, blend three teaspoons of dry yeast with two teaspoons of plain yoghurt to form a paste, then add half a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate and mix it all together. Apply on clean facial skin, leave for 12 – 20 minutes, then rinse with water.

Meanwhile if your skin is dry, wrinkly, dull and lifeless, mix three teaspoons of dry yeast with two teaspoons of fresh full-fat cream and a teaspoon of honey. Apply to clean facial skin, leave for 12 – 20 minutes, then rinse with water.
