UK Delivery

Orders placed Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, are usually delivered within 3–7 working days.

If you require your order urgently or have a specific delivery requirement, please contact us before placing your order by email or text message. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We take care to ensure that every order is securely packaged and checked before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or contains an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible via email (go to Contact Us page)

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:

• Provide your order number.

• Take clear photographs of the damaged product, packaging and any visible damage as soon as your order arrives.

• Keep the original box, packaging materials, packing note and all items received until we have completed our assessment.

• Do not dispose of or return any items unless we have asked you to do so.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Where goods are damaged, faulty or not as described, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Photographs may be requested to assist with assessing damage and resolving your claim efficiently.

Your statutory right to cancel or return an order does not apply to certain products where, due to their nature, they cannot reasonably be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.

This also includes sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been broken after delivery.

For example, skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, defective or not as described.
